The front sight and rear sight have an external white dot, and the internal tritium lights up with a green dot when you're in low light. This sight secures the tritium capsule with a silicone mounting, allowing you to mount them at home without a sight kit or side pusher device. I love the design of the TruGlo TFX Tritium and Fiber Optic Sight Set. Fiber optics wires or capsules are captured so they don't go anywhere and are protected from almost everything. The rear sight is built as a one-piece, snag-free option, rather than a large, high-projecting blade. The front sight is also excellent, captured by a fiber optic capsule, and it has a tritium ring for night sights.

Looking down from this sight set, you see the green dot from the fiber optics, and in the dark, you can clearly see the white dot from the front. You may not get them to fit an RMR optic with this style of rear sight. If you want to carry a Glock 19 to the job with a CCW style suppressor, this is the way to go.
With this offering from TruGlo, I didn't hear many quality complaints, possibly due to the captured design. The main complaint of fiber optic sites is; Fiber optic cables can work loose and then fall out, only when you're not looking, of course.
